Pannacotta



 

1 100 Gm Fresh milk         
2 90 Gm Cream         
3 35 Gm Sugar         
4 5 Gm  Gelatine + 3 tbs water         
5 3 Gm Butta vanilla        

Preparation and cooking method:
Mix gelatine with water and double boil until clear
Heat other ingredients until sugar dissolve only
Mixed the method gelatine with heated ingredients
Put in the ceramic bowl and let it set in the chiller
