1 25 Gm Coriander
2 30 Gm Celery
3 20 Gm Holland onion
4 10 Gm Ginger
5 10 Gm Garlic

8 half Tsp White pepper powder
9 1 Wedges lemon
Preparation and cooking method:
Put stock ingredients in a brazier and heat until boil and simmer.
Fish marinated then put in stock for braising and blanch vegetable
Heat cooking oil, put in garlic, ginger and Holland onion until there is an aroma. Then add in vegetable to sauté
