Black Pepper Sauce


400 Gm Basic brown stock
20 Gm Butter unsalted
20 Gm Garlic
20 Gm Holland onion
Ground Black Pepper
Seasoning powder
roux

Preparation and cooking method
1.       Prepare sautepan, add in butter garlic and Holland onion together, sauté until the garlic and Holland onion come gold brown
2.       Add in ground black pepper  sauté until aroma come out.
3.       Add in basic  brown stock, big fire until boil and semi reduce
4.       Roux to thickening and seasoning.
